Forged Carbon Composite named C-SMC (Carbon-Sheet Molded Compound), more freedom in geometries than traditional technologies of manufacturing.  Now, it’s extended to the aesthetical appearance and overcome the textural limitations of more traditional carbon fiber weaving.
It uses about 500,000 intertwined fibers per square inch and heat-curved while pressure is applied. 
One-third the density of titanium and greater strength in compare with traditional prepreg carbon fiber manufacturing process.
